Induction Harden

Induction Hardened Bed Ways (Hardness : 423 to 550 BHN). Induction Hardening Method is cutting edge technology using High Electricity.

Benefits:

  • It will increase the Lifetime of Bed and Machine
  • In Induction Hardened Bed Hardness goes deep inside 3 MM to 5 MM while Frame Hardness goes only 1.5 MM.
  • Our Bed have Induction Hardened in V also, compare to Frame Hardness have very low probability of Hardness in V.
  • It gives Accurate Hardness using Induction Hardening method, while in Frame Hardening found more chances of variation.
  • In our Bed Induction Hardness is 423 to 550 BHN while frame Hardening is only 300 to 400 BHN only.
  • Frame Hardening is old age method, it uses LPG and CO2 Induction Hardening Method is cutting edge technology using Electricity.
BEARING

We are committed to use only branded Bearing like V-Cube, Turbo, SKF and Timken.

Benefits:

Bearing is the most important part of machine. It will direct impact to the smooth and accurate performance.

Spindle and RAM (Tale Stock Spindle)

We are using Induction Hardened Spindle while other manufacturers are using raw spindle.

Benefits:

• It will increase the life of spindle.
• Tale Stock Spindle Degree is hardened, so it doesn’t make any Play in it. Ultimately it helps in drilling work and high grip.

Leg

We are using Heavy Legs while other Companies are using light weight legs.

Benefits:

Total Weight and Job Weight loads on to the leg. Because of we are using Heavy Legs there is no issues such as vibration in machine.

Gunmetal Nut

We are using Gunmetal Nut in screw while others are using Casting Nut.

Benefits:

• Screw nut will have longer life time.
• There are no play issues in Gunmetal Nut while in Casting Nut within short time generates play and goes bad.

Hardened Gear in Norton Gear Box

We are manufacturing our own Hardened Gear Norton Gear Box and Shaft.

Benefits:

Hardened Gear in Norton Gear Box and Shafting gives very longer life and works for longer time period. (Note: Gear Box will fail when it’s used while running of machine or job and without putting required oiling on it.)

MS Gear in Head Stock

Other Companies are using Casting Gear in Main Gear, Pulley Back Gear, Pipe Gear, Plunger Helical Gear and as well as every gear of casting in Headstock while We are using MS Gear in head stock.

Benefits:

  • While using slow speed and high power in double gear, it increases the life time of machine with the use of MS Gear in Head Stock
  • Casting gear turns faulty because of again and again remove of Face Plate or Chuck from spindle while it was locked in double gear
  • MS Gear have longer life time compare to Casting Gear.
Turcite Coating

We are using Turcite Coating.

  • It leads in to smoothness in carriage.
  • Turcite Coating gives finishing in turning also
